This is a scetch based on the map I have been working on of how I imagine H. P. Lovecraft's Arkham Massachusetts and it is un-finished. The greatest challenge has been finding reference for cities around the turn of the 20th century.
This is also a part of a larger project that I've been developing. This should be among the first of many updates.
